Every citizen will create a profile to show off their qualifications. They can upload a resume, list references, add their education and work history, select their areas of interest, experience, and expertise, and even include their LinkedIn profile.
When a citizen finds a position they would like to apply for, they can simply click “quick apply” at the bottom of the page. They may be asked to answer a couple of questions that pertain to the position and they’ll be able to upload or type a cover letter. After they hit submit, their answers to the questions, cover letter, and entire profile will be sent to the entity as their application.
