When manually entering a new board, check the “currently vacant” box to show the position as vacant on the 3rd screen. If the position requires the member to have certain qualifications (residency, occupation, etc.), you may specify that in the “role/district” field. Please note that if you fill in any other fields besides “role/district,” the vacancy checkbox will automatically uncheck.
When updating an existing board, navigate to the "members" subtab in the "boards" section. Click "edit" next to the seat you would like to update and specify the qualifications (residency, occupation, etc.) the member must have in the "role/district" field.
