Applications may be forwarded for review on the "boards" tab. Select the specific board applicant(s) you would like to forward by checking the box next to their name(s). Select “share for review.” You may send the application(s) to all council members by checking the “council member”s box above the recipients field. You may also send the application(s) to all the current board/commission members by checking the “board members” box. You may remove any email addresses that autofill and you may include additional ones. Input the message you would like the recipients to receive and click “send for review.” They will receive an email alerting them that there are applications for them to review along with a link to the applications. They will not need to create an account in order to view the applications and provide feedback.
