Who can review submitted applications? (clerk)

Applications are routed to the entity’s administrative users, usually the Clerk to Council. The administrative user will review the application to ensure that everything is in order. They may then opt to forward the application to the entity’s decision-makers (council and manager/administrator/mayor) or other appointing authority (Governor’s office, legislative delegation, etc.).
