Every citizen creates a profile to show off their qualifications. You can upload a resume, list references, add your education and work history, select your areas of interest, experience, and expertise, and even include your LinkedIn profile.
When you find a position you would like to apply for, you can simply click “quick apply” at the bottom of the page. You may be asked to answer a couple of questions that pertain to the position and you’ll be able to upload or type a cover letter. After you hit submit, your answers to the questions, cover letter, and entire profile will be sent to the entity.
