How can I accept applications outside of our application window? (clerk)

If your government only accepts applications during certain periods, you can choose to accept applications outside of those periods. For example, if a member of your Planning Commission resigns before the next application cycle, you can choose to accept applications to fill the seat.

To do this, navigate to the "board details" subtab in the "boards" section. There is a toggle button that says “application closed” beneath the “summary of function” box. Toggle this button. It will turn teal and display “application open.” Then hit “save changes.” When you are ready to stop accepting applications, you may toggle the “application closed” button and hit “save changes.”
