If you are eligible to be reappointed and your board term date is approaching, you will receive an email from MatchBoard asking if you would like to be reappointed. Generally, this email is sent 90 days before your term is set to expire. The email contains a link that will take you to a webpage where you can indicate whether or not you are interested in being reappointed. This information will then be relayed to the clerk. Please bear in mind that the decision of whether to reappoint you or appoint a new member rests with council. Indicating that you would like to be reappointed does not necessarily ensure that you will be.
